We are hiring! We welcome students, colleagues, and collaborators with diverse skills and strengths. People with a background in molecular biology, biochemistry, microbiology, ecology and evolution, math, physics, chemistry, computer science (and more) are welcome.

for prospective graduate students
We are members of the Molecular Biosciences, Microbial Biology and Quantitative Biomedicine graduate programs at Rutgers. Prospective graduate students must be accepted in one of these programs (or at some PhD program at Rutgers) before joining the lab. If you have been accepted or are already in one of these programs– congratulations! We are hiring a bold and creative postdoc or senior technician with an appetite for high-risk high-reward research starting 2026 (or 2027). We are looking for candidates with strong experimental skills in molecular biology who have a demonstrated record of getting things done, both individually and as part of a team. Projects will focus on synthetic biology + generative AI + evolution.
